The PalaCrisafulli of Pordenone will be the new nest of the Passerotti della Tinet Prata for the 2023-2024 competitive season. In fact, for the next Serie A2 Men’s Volleyball championship, the team led by Dante Boninfante and Samuele Papi will play their home matches in the building in Via Rosselli brothers in the city of Noncello.

A solution that became necessary because the PalaPrata, which will in any case remain the fulcrum of the very important youth activity and of the offices of the club chaired by Maurizio Vecchies, has not yet been adapted to the regulations which provide, for the second national series of volleyball, a capacity of more than 1000 seats.
Thanks to the collaboration of the municipal administration of Pordenone in the persons of the mayor Alessandro Ciriani and the Councilor for Sport Walter De Bortoli, in addition to the availability of the companies that already used the spaces inside the Pordenone Palasport, an agreement was reached which will allow to Tinet to play the home games of the next A2 Credem Banca at Crisafulli on Saturday evening at 20.30.
In this way, volleyball will be able to land in the city, bringing its champions here. Champions among which the two champions who sit on the bench should be mentioned, at the same time taking advantage of the capacity of an important sports hall and allowing even more people to enjoy the spectacle of top-level volleyball.

At the same time it will be convenient for the historic fans and enthusiasts of Prato, led by the Curva Berto – Forza Passerotti, to be able to continue following their favorites. In addition to this, the municipal administration of Prata has been working for some time to be able to carry out the expansion works of the PalaPrata in the best possible way, without interrupting the activity of the numerous groups that train inside it and counting on the promise of being able to return to play in the yellow-blue house already in the 2024-2025 season.

“I am sure that thanks to the collaboration of the municipal administration of Pordenone we have found a comfortable “home” which for us and our fans can represent the best solution, once we have been forced to give up playing our internal matches at the PalaPrata. – comments the president of the C.S. Prata Volley Maurizio Vecchies –   I want to thank in particular the vice president Gianni Bertolo, Davide Piccinin, Claudia Turchet and Maurizio Meneghel who have worked hard in recent months to bring home this result.
