After nearly a month of preparation, Negrini CTE Acqui Terme continues to gradually gain confidence on the court ahead of the 2025/26 season. In Mombarone, the team trained against Monge Gerbaudo Savigliano, their next opponent in Serie A3, winning 4-0 and showing encouraging signs of play and concentration.

Coach Michele Totire’s players capitalized on the work they’ve done in the gym over the past few weeks, leading the match with consistency and determination. Captain Botto and his teammates won all four sets, with scores of 25-22, 25-21, 25-20, and 25-20.

At the end of the match, Acqui Terme coach Michele Totire gave an initial assessment: “Today, after a few tests, my impressions are very positive. We played well, we were focused, we took advantage of all the work we’ve done in the gym, especially this week. We’re doing a really special job on everyone, and I have to be honest, I haven’t been very happy coming back to Acqui since the last two outings against Mantua and Mirandola. We’re making agreements. This week we worked well, and we proved it today.”
