Luke Perry is a new libero for Modena Volley for the 2025/2026 season. Australian born in 1995 and libero of the national team, a player with great experience arrives in yellow and blue. Perry boasts a long career that began with the Australian Institute of Sport and continued around the world between Finland (Team Lakkapää), Germany (Berlin Recycling Volleys and VfB Friedrichshafen), France (Tours Volley) and above all Poland (Asseco Resovia Rzeszów and the last two seasons at Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie with whom he also played the Final Four of the Champions League 2024/25 and lost the final in the tie-break with Perugia). Some successes also stand out, including the trophies won in Poland with Zawiercie and in Germany with Berlin. Now the first adventure in Italy with the Modena jersey.
Ds Alberto Casadei: “Announcing the arrival of Luke Perry in Modena is a great satisfaction. We are talking about an international level player, certainly one of the strongest liberos around, who will play in a key role in modern volleyball. I want to underline that Luke strongly wanted Modena, he had many other high international level possibilities, but he chose our club right from the start. It will be nice to see him in the yellow and blue jersey, in our building, in front of our fans”.
