Today, September 1st, the Terni Volley Academy gathered at the Pala di Vittorio in Terni to begin preparations for the start of the Credem Banca Serie A3 championship. The session, which was also attended by some fans present at the venue, was led by head coach Leondino Giombini and assistant coach Cristiano Camardese, under the watchful eye of Vice President and General Manager Francesco Biribanti and Team Manager Domingo Bassetti. President Gianpiero Santini also made sure to attend.
First training session, first feedback
During the session, the coach began to get to know the players who will face the challenging Blue Group, starting with an intense athletic and technical session. The group already seemed close-knit, and the atmosphere was exactly what the club wanted to create: harmony and professionalism. These are characteristics that the Dragons possess, and they will continue their preparations at the Pala Di Vittorio throughout the month of September. Coach Giombini was very pleased with the commitment shown by the rossoverdi athletes, who are aware of the great anticipation that has been created around the project, with record numbers also on social media, where views have skyrocketed to one million users with thousands of interactions.
