With tests administered by Professor Carlo Carra and the first weight training session organized by Professor Valter Durigon, Tinet’s pre-season preparations have begun. The team aims to be physically and technically fit for the start of the upcoming Serie A2 Credem Banca season.
The first technical contact with the ball took place in the afternoon. The work was led by the trio of assistant coach Nicola Baldon and assistants Cristian Failoni and Lorenzo Maggio. Coach Mario Di Pietro is currently leading the Italian national team at the World Championships, which will take place from August 21st to 31st in Jiangmen, China.

Italy is in Group D with Argentina, Tunisia, France, Ukraine, and Indonesia, a team that will make its debut on Thursday at 2:00 PM.

Returning to the events in Prato, the two yellow-blue directors, General and Sporting, welcomed the staff and players and got them fired up for the new adventure.

“We know it won’t be easy because the level rises every season,” notes General Manager Dario Sanna, “but by choosing you, we’re confident we’ve built a competitive team, made up not only of athletes, but also of high-caliber individuals. We’re confident this group will allow us to work hard and be ready and competitive on the field for this challenging season.”
