This afternoon, they completed their usual technical training on the pitch, with the support of the Juventus club’s Serie B players. This is crucial in this initial phase of preparation, where five starters are currently playing for their respective national teams ahead of the World Cup in the Philippines. Working with the group since day one is Tunisian opposite hitter and Polish national Wassim Ben Tara, who made his Italian league debut in Perugia during the 2023-24 season and is now preparing to play his third consecutive season with SIR: “I didn’t expect time to fly so fast! I’m happy to be here.
