Photos, flags, journalists, songs and many fans were all part of what was awaiting the Trento team as they came back from their European triumph in Prague. There were indeed hundreds of fans welcomed their heroes in the main square of the city.
However the celebration was done with restrained emotions “We are happy about this fantastic triumph but we can certainly not forget the terrible news from the Abbruzzo region – (hit by a devastating earthquake) said GM Giuseppe Cormio – and that’s why we did not organised further celebrations”.
