Alberto Giuliani not only had an intense end of season with V-Day and the league title with Cuneo but he also gave his all soul to the Italian League’s new project. Indeed, he took charge of the best Under 23 for a month.
“It’s been an extremely positive experience – he said – After the first three weeks working on the individual technique, the improvements were obvious in the fourth week with the friendly games. Each one of them has brought back from the Bondone Hill, Salerno and Eboli, something useful for the future. We had a huge group, a lot bigger than a normal team. But the atmosphere was fantastic, the kind that helps to improve the efforts of the boys and face a very very tough program. Credit to the boys who appreciated this initiative. And then, congratulation to the staff too, everybody was extremely professional, with a very positive attitude and a smile on their face, that immediately led to good results in the gym. I am now reflecting on this experience, to give the best possible advices to the League. It’s a beautiful project, but that must be improved”.
