Gemmi and Cacchiarelli complete roster

Macerata completed its roster for the coming season with the addition of two products of its youth ranks: spiker Lorenzo Gemmi and libero Matteo Cacchiarelli. Born in 1985, Lorenzo was in the first team already in 1985, the year of the league title. Then, he played for Spoleto for a year and spent three seasons at Isernia. Last season, he was at Gioia del Colle. “I am a lot more mature than four years ago” said Gemmi. Matteo was also born in 1985 and is back in the club in which he came up after six years around Italy between the B1 and A2 divisions. “I am proud and excited” he said.
