Two more important contract extension for Genova: captain Massimo Pecorari, born in 1974, and spiker Davide Manassero, born in 1979. Pecorari has been the captain of the club for the past two seasons, while it will be Manassero’s 8th season with the Genova shirt. The team now counts seven players with Marco Nuti, Federico Donati, Bobby Yordanov, Ivan Benito Ruiz, and Marco Rizzo.
“We had a great season last year – said Pecorari – we’ll try to do as well this time around. Our target will be to get as good a position as possible and do our best in the playoffs”.
