The teams for the finals in Sestola (MO)
Treviso and Mirandola are the last two teams to qualify for the Junior League final phase. They will join the following six other teams: Bre Banca Lannutti Cuneo, M. Roma Volley, Itas Diatec Trentino, Lube Banca Marche Macerata, S.di P. Anderlini Casa Modena and Tonno Callipo Vibo Valentia. The Final Eight will take place in Sestola (Mo) from Sunday May 29, with the group phase, to June 2, day in which the Under 20 national champion will be known.

Eight teams qualified, four of them out of the first phase (1-4), two at the end of the second phase (5-6) and two at the end of the third phase (7-8). They are classified as follow according to their results during the qualification phase:
