The All Star Game is coming soon on the agenda as Monza will host the event on November 11 at 8.30pm. As the tradition goes, the Italian National Team of Mauro Berruto will take on the an All Star selection of the best Serie A Players.
The All Star Game was given the name of Marcello Gabana memorial to honour the memory of the Monza President, who passed away in November 2009 together with his pilot in an air crash. His daughter, Giulia, the current president, was the first promoter of the event, which is organised together with the Italian Volleyball League.
“I really wanted to honour the memory of my father with an important volleyball event, his biggest passion” Giulia said.
