Three weeks after the last official game (3-0 over Ravenna), Trentino will take part in a charity tournament in San Bonifacio to help the victims of the flood that recently hit the Genova area. The teams taking part are Verona and Belluno and the games will be played on the best of three sets (starting 3.30pm on Sunday).

“The tournament is extremely important in terms of humanitarian help – explained coach Radostin Stoytchev – At the same time, it will be important to see how fit will be the players that have stayed and trained in Trento in the past two weeks. I am aware I should not expect miracles in terms of level of play, we have worked a lot on the weight room and we’re missing five players, but getting the rhythm back remains something very important”.
