Welcome back to Giordano Mattera. Born in Civitavecchia in 1983, the setter is back at the club he played for in 2008-09. In the past three years, Mattera played for Castellana Grotte and Milan.
“Both experience were positive – said Matera – In Castellana we had a great year, finishing top with 5 games left, I’ll remember that year all my life. I felt good at Milan too, the only problem was the traffic. I have great memories from Padova too, even if we were relegated that year. Let’s say this season will be kind of a revenge for me”.
