Piacenza tries come-back but Padova wins

Padova had a free mind and with nothing to lose, and it showed against Piacenza who was coming off a Champions League win but with the pressure on as it chases a place in the Italian Cup. In the end, the hosts had the better in the fifth set and deservedly so. Piacenza made a lot of mistakes in the first two sets before making a come-back. However, at 15-14 in the tie-break, Poey missed his chance and MVP Rosso sealed it for Padova. Still, thanks to the point taken, Piacenza remains 8th in the league.
