A press conference took place to introduce the two Latina setters, Dante Boninfante and Davis Krumins, to the media.
Boninfante: “Every year you have to start from scratch in this sport because there is a five-month break, unless you play with a national team. It had already happen in my career to do pre-season without the head coach, it’s not a problem”.
Davis Krumins: “My primary goal is to put the team in the best conditions in training. Thinking about playing doesn’t come first but I know I’ll have to be ready any time I’m needed. I feel we have a great group of guys. Obviously we have to work on our game to be competitive in the league. I really like Latina, not much traffic, easy to live in, I use my bike a lot to go to the gym”.
