Potenza Picena’s pre-season training began today with the athletic tests. Yesterday was instead time to get together, introduce the team and staff and get to know each other.
President Giuseppe Massera : « We organised a special meeting for the fans with the players to thank them for their devotion. There is a fascinating but tough journey ahead of us. There will be 20 teams in the starting blocks and after three years without anyone being relagated, our young boys will have to handle the fact that four clubs will go down in the lower division. In spite of the difficulty to put together a budget worthy of the Serie A, we kept at it and even inserted new professional figures inside the team. Doc Michele Gironella will seat on the bench, while there is the creation of a social team composed of college students helping the media department, our faith in the young generations can be seen on and off the court ».
