Few days after the official publication of the calendar of the next A2 M Credem Banca 2022-23, coach Vincenzo Mastrangelo, present at the Bologna event with a large delegation from Kemas Lamipel S. “We assume that Serie A2 is a difficult league. I cannot, analyzing the rosters, see poor teams. We will have to deserve every game we play. We will work to play every match in the best possible way. We want to start well from the beginning. We will have to work. well right from the preparation.
It goes without saying that Vibo Valentia is the team that has set up the best formation. There are many other competitive teams such as Bergamo, Cuneo, Castellana; Cantù with a team at the moment, Ravenna with the youngsters together with two experienced players like Coscione and Gori. We will have to be able to manage the difficulties that will arise in front of us. We will have to keep our eyes open and work well. The secret of Reggio Emilia’s success: we were inferior from a technical point of view but in the key moments we were the best. My goal will be to make them a team that thinks the same and that cannot be set limits.
I like our Roster, there is potential. Every year I changed my tactical idea during construction. I am very open, reward those who have some steps of growth. Everyone has to come to the gym to improve each other. In Reggio Emilia I had 4 spikers who all played. The important thing is to be fair with the team, and try to have shareable choices.
