With the awarding of the 2023/24 Scudetto with the victory of Sir Susa Vim Perugia and with the conquest of the Champions League by Itas Trentino, the fourth season of “After Hours, the SuperLega by night”, the evening program hosted by Andrea Zorzi and Andrea Brogioni and signed by Lega Pallavolo Serie A which over the years has become one of the fixed appointments for post-match commentary on Sunday evenings, with SuperLega athletes connected via streaming even a few moments after the end of their respective matches .
In this fourth season “After Hours, the Super League by night” was broadcast 28 times, hosting more than 200 well-known faces of local volleyball, with insights, curiosities and news of various kinds: various managers, athletes, journalists and others only that they met to chat and discuss the topics of the day and the week of SuperLega Credem Banca, with a focus on the key periods and events of Serie A2 and A3. Numerous professionals, enthusiasts and athletes conversed with each other, in the company of past champions Andrea Zorzi and Andrea Brogioni, who for four years now have been reporting on Serie A live on the Lega Pallavolo Serie A social networks. Stefano Locatelli, commentator, also closed each episode with a small musical column, dedicating a song to the athletes in connection.
Not just “After Hours”: in the middle of the week the sporty comedy and humor of “Palla Avvelenata” continued, the midweek column which again saw the participation of Leo Turrini. The two hosts of After Hours, aided by the overwhelming irony of the Modena journalist, awarded a series of “symbolic” prizes for 30 weeks; the last episode also closed the season with special guest Massimo Righi, President of the Serie A Volleyball League.
Precisely starting from this season, the two programs have given life to the Spotify channel “Legavolley”: all the episodes can in fact be listened to again on the main digital reproduction platform for podcasts and music, thus making it possible to listen to them “independently” from the video , and without necessarily keeping the related apps open.
