Marmi Lanza Verona: Marmi Lanza Verona has now a new player: cuban setter Maikel Salas Moreno is part of the team. Born in Gramma (Cub) on the 22nd of April 1981, Salas will play for the first time in a italian team after leaving the Cuba national team in 2004.
He declared: “I am very happy of this decision after two years of only trainning. I am happy that I will be able to give my help and support to the team! I will surely give my very best! I just had two difficult years and I have to thank my wife for her unstoppable support, my teammates Gato and president Albertini for the help received. Now it is time to start this new adventure and a new life. I am proud to wear Verona’s cololurs and play with a player like Lorenzo Bernardi. It is like dream come true!”
