Itas Diatec Trentino wins at the tiebreak in the friendly match against Cimone Modena. For Lattari’s team it was the second match of the year and the very first match for new arrival Michael Winiarski. (in the pic)
Modena showed a very good first part of the match especially with Sartoretti serves (7 aces).
From the third set Itas Diatec played much better with a great match of Dore Della Lunga and Mlyakov. Good match also for middleblocker Nemec and spimer Winiarski.
The polish player, at his first appereance, showed very good qualities. So first two sets for Modena and third and fourth set for Trento. Tie break went to Trento that close it with a Winiarski block.
Radames Lattari declared after the match: “Beside the result, it was important to play five sets against a good team like Modena. It has been a very useful test to verify and improve our phisical condition. We need to improve our serves, tonight we made too many errors. I really like the attitude and the spirit showed by the boys!”
Itas Diatec Trentino will be back on court on the 29th of August, still at the PalaTrento in a friendly match against Tonno Callipo Vibo Valentia at 5.00PM.
