Loreto got back on track thanks to a 3-1 win over Bologna in it PalaSerenelli gym. This was Loreto’s eighth consecutive home win. Bergamo was out but Damir Kosmina impressed in his A2 debut as a starter.

“It’s not easy to come in to substitute Bergamo – said Kosmina – because he’s done extremely well in recent games. I had not started a game for quite some time so at the beginning I was a bit worried, but thanks to the help of my teammate the pressure went off and in the end I think I did OK”.

“These are three crucial points as we faced a difficult situation – explained Moretti – be that technically or mentally, with Bergamo out. It was important to win and keep our unbeaten home record. It was tough, we made a few careless mistakes but we fought hard. Anyway, we had a very young team on court, and get points in these conditions is very positive”.
