Last Wedenesday’s game against Santa Croce was a big one, putting face to face two teams fighting for the first place. The deserved victory for the Tuscans obviously left everyone disappointed at Bassano. Like in every difficult situation, it is the Chairman that takes over and tries to reassure everybody.
“What the team achieved so far is more than positive. I’d even say extraordinary. At the beginning of the year we’d have signed for such a good position at this time of the season, and if someone had told us we would be the winter champs, we’d probably not have believed any of it”.
