Time to welcome the players home. In the space of a few hours, three players, coach Stoytchev and scout Levratto arrived in town. The four members of the Bulgarian national team flew to Trento following the elimination of the team in the European Championships against Russia.
“I am happy to be back in Italy – said middle blocker Steve Brinkman – My target is to keep improving and be useful to the team. I can’t wait to start training”.
“Going back to Trento is like rushing back home and I don’t just say it like that – said coach Stoytchev – After four years in Trento, it’s really my home and I shared this feeling with Kaziyski during the trip”.
